iTradeChart Pro is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Pro is activated on your account immediately after a successful payment (in rare cases of payment delays, within 24 hours).
• You will see "Pro" on the Pro page and in your account menu, and receive an in-app notification.
• If Pro is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will activate it or refund you.
