These terms apply to your use of iTradeChart (https://itradechart.com and its app). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

iTradeChart provides charts, technical indicators, a strategy builder and backtester, a stock scanner, paper trading with virtual money, lessons and related tools for education and practice. It is software only. We are not a stock broker, we do not place real orders, and we do not hold your money or securities.

2. No investment advice

iTradeChart is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Indicators, scans, backtests, templates, lessons and anything shared by other users are for learning only and are not recommendations to buy, sell or hold any security. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future returns. You alone are responsible for any real investment decision you make.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
• You can use the app without logging in; such an account is stored only in your browser and is lost if browser data is cleared.
• If you create an account (username and password, Google or a supported broker login) you must keep your login safe and are responsible for activity on it.
• When you log in with a broker, you sign in on the broker's own website; we never see your broker password or PIN. The broker access token is stored encrypted and used only to read market data, never to place orders.

4. Virtual money, contests and rewards

Paper-trading money is virtual. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for money or anything else. Contest, game and referral rewards are limited to virtual money or free Pro days; there are no cash prizes.

5. Pro subscription and payments

• Pro is sold for a fixed period (1 month = 30 days, 2 months = 60, 3 months = 90, 6 months = 180, 1 year = 365 days) at the price shown on the Pro page.
• It is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. If you already have Pro, the new period is added after your current period.
• UPI / QR payments: after paying, enter the UTR (transaction ID); Pro is turned on once we match it with the payment received. Online payments are processed by PayU Payments Private Limited (or Razorpay / PhonePe where shown). We do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Pro is activated on the account you are logged in with when you pay. Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Market data

Prices, charts, fundamentals and calendars come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. They are provided for practice and learning without any warranty.

7. Community rules

In chat and anything you share: no stock tips or calls, no claims of guaranteed profit, no links, phone numbers or contact sharing, no abuse, spam or illegal content. We may hide content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape data, overload our servers, create accounts in bulk or use the app for anything unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, iTradeChart is not liable for any trading or investment loss, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may change features, prices (not for a period you have already paid for) or these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
