How to delete your account and data

Steps

  1. Open the app or website and log in.
  2. Top-corner menu -> "My account".
  3. "Delete account" -> type DELETE (and your password for username accounts) -> confirm.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted right away: login, paper trading (portfolio, orders, contest), strategies, watchlist, alerts, badges / XP, chat and support messages, feedback, notifications, broker login token, Pro.

Kept: Pro payment records (amount, date, payment ID) for up to 8 years for tax / legal reasons, no longer linked to your account or name.

Can't log in?

Email us your username / email at this address and we'll delete the account within 7 days and confirm: mindsoileder@gmail.com
